The GradRoom is a young company which has set out to bridge the gap between recruiters and students by encouraging both groups to engage with each other on social platforms.

We help recruiters approach the world of social media and develop strategies which attract the right students, build awareness and understanding of the company and develop relationships to secure the best talent for your organisation.  We do this by focusing on Inbound Marketing.

The GradRoom has developed an application for students to manage their career search on Facebook.  You can search for students, look at their CVs, send them messages and invite them to events through our Permission Marketing campaigns.

In the social media sphere, it is difficult not to find something new or interesting every time we log into twitter and browse our news feeds.  We compile the best bits along with our own insights to share the thinking which shapes what we do.
